North Heated Stall Area With Recessed Individual Tack Locker For Each Stall
There are eight stalls on the north end of the stall area and eight stalls on the south end of this area. Looking down the left wall you'll see the recessed individual tack lockers - there is one locker assigned to each stall. Each locker has saddle and bridle racks. On the near right is part of the wash rack area. The first enclosed area is a small business office. The business office includes a restroom for the stall area and outdoor arena. The second door leads into our grain/feed area.
The above picture is a close-up of two of our sixteen indoor stalls which will provide a safe and comfortable environment for your horse.
Here's a photo below of our individual tack lockers which are assigned with each indoor stall rental. Each tack locker comes equipped with two built-in saddle racks and bridle rack...not to mention plenty of room for all your other supplies!
When it comes to boarding, at Lake Koocanusa Arena you'll find that "special", new, state-of-the-art, horse facility that offers plenty of amenities, and a safe environment, for your horse and you.
The indoor heated stall area is conveniently located right next to our main (heated) indoor arena and while boarding your horse you'll have full use of any of our arena areas (indoor, outdoor, and future rodeo) during open time.
The main indoor stall barn consists of sixteen indoor stalls, wash rack, stock area, feed room, and individual ventilated and lockable tack lockers.
From this area there are three large exit doors that will take you either outdoors onto the Lake Koocanusa property for riding in the immediate area. In addition, one of the exit doors will take you directly to our outdoor arena (140 feet x 275 feet) or there are three entrances from the stall area into our large heated indoor arena (120 feet x 250 feet) area. Actual working arena size is 100 feet x 220 feet.
Indoor boarding with full "open time" arena use is $XXX/month and there's a 10% discount for multiple horses.
Indoor boarding will consist of indoor heated stall, feeding twice daily and watering, daily turnout if requested, daily pick of stall area, weekly stripping of stall, wash rack use, and use of arena during open time.
Prices below do not include shavings which are prepackaged premium shavings in 12 cubic feet bales. Bales are available for $10.00 each

*First day is $20 and includes a bag of premium shavings. 2nd on is $10/day. Additional bags of premium shavings are available for $10 per bag (12 cubic foot coverage).
Event Stall Boarding

The new 20 stall boarding area will be available for event, daily, weekly, or monthly boarding. The event stall area will not be heated, but will provide a very safe, very well constructed, area for boarding your horse. In addition, tack storage is not available in this area. Boarding will include feeding 2x per day (additional feedings available on request at a nominal charge) and water. Normal care will include picking shavings each day with a full stall strip weekly (unless required on a more frequent basis.)

Boarding in the event stall also includes use of the indoor arena during open time.
